Woodwind Specialist Noelle Presby holds a Master of Music from Peabody Conservatory and a Bachelor of Music from Florida Atlantic University in clarinet performance. She has studied with renowned clarinetists such as Anthony Gigliotti, Edward Palanker, Steven Barta, Paul Green and George Sparks. Ms. Presby is a highly sought after reed player who performs in the orchestra pits of many musicals and freelances throughout the Greater Baltimore/DC area. Noelle is the founding member of Quintaero (woodwind quintet) and performed with Arioso (reed trio). She has additionally performed with several groups such as the Florida Philharmonic, Symphony of the Americas, Gold Coast Opera, Boca Pops, Florida Wind Symphony, Miami Opera, Toby's Dinner Theater, YAA, CCBC Cockpit in Court, Hotel Paradise Orchestra, and the NCSA Europe Touring Summer Orchestra. As a soloist, Ms. Presby has performed at several faculty recitals and concert series over the years, was chosen to perform the Mozart Clarinet Concerto as featured soloist with the St. Louis Church Concert Orchestra and performed a solo recital on both clarinet and flute as an inaugural performance in the St. Paul Lutheran Church Concert Series where she also incorporated artwork, film, poetry and haute couture in a unique multi-media concert experience in 2012. She currently boasts eleven instruments in her auxiliary army including: Piccolo, Flute, Alto Flute, Eb Clarinet, Bb Clarinet, A Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Oboe, Recorder, Soprano Sax, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax and an EWI (Electronic Wind Instrument).  Noelle is the former Adjunct Woodwind Professor of Cecil College and Adjunct Clarinet Instructor of Harford Community College. She was the clarinet adjudicator for Anne Arundel County Solo and Ensemble Festival in 2004 and has been a guest woodwind clinician at the Flordia Youth Conservatory and several other schools throughout her career as well as a panelist for the Notre Dame Preparatory Music Scholarship Audition Committee. Noelle was an instrumental group instructor for the Instrumental Music Program in Catholic Schools for nine years and was the Band Director at Oak Grove Christian School for two years. Ms. Presby has additionally expanded her expertise to the field of academia through the ground-up development of Visual Musimatics: Theory of Music Equivalency and Dysmusica, a project she is currently working to unveil in the near future. She has maintained a private studio for twenty-seven years. She is currently teaching clarinet, flute and saxophone at Notre Dame Preparatory, Loyola Blakefield, Park School, and has a home studio in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Presby has previously taught at studios such as CCBC Continuing Ed, Towson University Preparatory Division, Maryland Conservatory of Music, Bryn Mawr School, Chesapeake Center of the Arts, A.R.T.I~S.T., Musicians Institute of Baltimore, Waldorf School and Mars Music.
